I ran a diff on both sets of files and they are 99% identical. Since ThemeShift releases their themes under the GPL you have the right to modify and redistribute their work but how is your theme "different" or "better" than the original?</p> <p>I see you mention the original (destyle by Simon Rimkus) in the style sheet but shouldn't you also retain the footer link especially since you ask your users to do so?</p> <p>On a sidenote, here is a clarification on the GPL: end-users may modify the code as they see fit. This includes removing any credit to the original author.
