<description>&#60;p&#62;Actually, if this theme is released under the GPL then you cannot demand users leave the footer links intact. You can ask but they are under no obligation to comply. That said, leaving a link crediting a theme author intact is a small price to pay for getting a free theme.&#60;/p&#62;
&#60;p&#62;Anyway, this appears to be a sponsored theme and as such can't be featured on the WLTC main site.
