I love the different layout options. Additionally, the theme's minimalistic look allows for all sorts of possible customizations. (hence the name ET-Starter I guess)</p> <p>Strangely, I could not get this theme to work properly in a local environment but it performs perfectly on a remote server.</p> <p>In the download ZIP you have a _MACOSX folder.
