I think one of the reasons that you haven't heard much is that there is nothing wrong with the theme. You did a good job with it. Most feedback comes when things go wrong. ;-)

I have tried submitting it to the WordPress Theme Repository, but it was not accepted. I did not get any answer why..The theme demands a bit of work from the user. I have made a contact form as well as a forum for support for using the theme.(the forum is without activity for the time, but it will be available for support.
I would like to help out everyone using my theme.

Have you tried submitting it to the WordPress Theme Repository? It would get a lot more exposure there. :)

Thanks for the nice feedback.
I will change the text to not demand to keep the footer links.
It has not been so many feed-backs on my theme, and I appreciate both positive and negative reviews..

Very very nice. Love the blue graphic for the sidebar. This theme has a ton of widget space.

With respect to the footer link, if you are releasing the theme under the GPL then you CANNOT demand the footer link stay. The GPL empowers the end-user to modify and re-distribute the code as he sees fit. The only requirement that must be met by the end-user, if he is re-releasing the work, is he must note the modifications and credit the original creator.

Having said that keeping the link is a small price to pay for the hard work you guys put into creating these themes. It's only proper people leave the link there. (but they are not required to do so)

The two footer links is to Wordpress.org and my own site. The theme is not sponsored. Im not to sure if i can insist the footerlinks to be keept, but it is common practise among most designers. After all by removing the link to the designer you are not following good open source "spirit" as I see it. If you make big modifications on the theme the case is different as I see it. If you make big modifications you are in a way making a new artwork, and can replace the links with your own.

Am no expert in GPL, but can you "insist" that the footer links remain intact?

And what are these footer links? Is the theme sponsored?
