It's called Easy Admin Color Schemes. It allows you to manage the color schemes in your WordPress admin area. You can add new ones and edit existing ones. There is also a live preview feature so you can see what the new color scheme is going to look like as you go.</p> <p>I haven't been able to test it to great lengths yet but I think it should work for most setups.
