Blog Voyeur looks like it would be great.
CommentMailer also looks pretty slick - especially for those people trying to use WP as a social network (yes it can be done!).
AdAlt is a great idea, too. I’ve got a few images, I know, that don’t have the tag, so this will be a great way to prevent it from happening any more.
