Since I dislike the cxlutter on the Dashboard, and many of the other links there are of considerably less interest, I have Weblog Tools Collection in my Blogroll and click through regularly from there.

From the dashboard in general, but I have the plugin updates feed in my feed reader. At the moment I’m using Google Reader - I prefer using a desktop reader, but feeds with a feedburner URL are blocked here in China (not an issue for a web-based browser like GR).

Dashboard I found it’s the easiest way without adding “another” feed to my already large list of feeds in Google Reader.
