This looks like a great plugin. Now if only I could get it to play well with K2 sidebar modules…

    Hi Don and Cody,

I’m glad you like the plug-in! We’re getting a lot of great feedback since we launched. Not only do they make it possible for bloggers to monetize all of their new content and old archives, but they provide a lot of automatic information for the site’s readers.

The SmartLink plugin intelligently analyzes each link, understanding what the object is, and for supported sites a SmartLink is automatically inserted next to the embedded link.

For example, if you link to a stock’s page on Yahoo! Finance the SmartLink pane is populated with the latest information about the stock (current price, volume, etc) as well as links to analyst reports, SEC filings, etc. All about the specific stock, all automatically done. Cool, eh? And this works for books, music, wine, restaurants, and so much more.

Drop me a line if you have any questions or feedback about this.

I just came across site called hover.in that allows you to do everything in the intuitive window like the one on adaptiveblue…
these kind of windows are becoming an integral part of browsing now a days…
