BGtoLAT converts Bulgarian Cyrillic characters in post title to Latin characters. Very useful for Bulgarian users of WordPress.
d4rss is an RSS Aggregator plugin that allows to display rss entries from external rss sources of your choice. RSS entries are updated once a day using Wordpress Cron API.
MiniMeta Widget adds a contact form to your sidebar and allows you to enable or disable links.

Looks like the TLA WPMU is working now. Sounds like an interesting plugin, gonna check it out.
