FeedBurner MyBrand Now Free: Feedburner’s service that allowed publishers to publish their feeds through their own domain with the help of Feedburner, is now free of cost. This service used to cost upwards of $3 and might be a good way to retain the transparency and control over the feeds of your blog if you choose to serve them through Feedburner.

[EDIT] Looks like Google decided to make the Pro Stats feature of Feedburner free as well. This is definitely good news!

    2. That is good to know, thanks for the heads up! I’m hoping that we don’t have to wait too long for everything Feedburner used to charger to become free and integrated into Google Analytics and AdSense, now that Google has acquired Feedburner.

    3. Minor problem: While they have made it free, they haven’t yet made it automated. You still have to email them to request that they turn it on for your account. Annoying.

In any case, for anybody looking for it, login to FeedBurner and go to “My Account” using the top left link. You’ll find it there.

    4. yeah, emailing them seems a bit odd, maybe they’ll clean that up soon.
i’m also not sure about the addressing. it sounds like i’d have my feed at feeds.archgfx.net/archgfx, which is probably more confusing, not less. feeds.archgfx.net/posts could be nice, but that would require me to have feeds.feedburner.com/posts, which is long since taken.

    7. manekineko, MyBrand should be free forever. The Pro Feedburner stats is a 15 day trial (which I agree is not a big deal)
