		<description>The nice thing about this release is that if you want to enable a plugin and it goes haywire, then WP won't allow it to be activated.  My advise is to definitely be sure you're using the latest UTW if you're using it.  It did cease to work against a nightly build for me about mid April.  The next version of UTW worked like a charm.</description>

		<description>It certainly will raise some "issues" with existing plugins like Sidebar Widgets and then cause some problems with themes like tiga. 

Suggest testing locally first before upgrading at the server end.</description>
