Unfortunately I've used 2 themes and found that there's problems after I added my own posts. The layout may be broken, images not appearing etc. Contacting the theme creator doesn't help either I like the themes produced the the YGo sites. It has thumbnails and a link for Flickr. It won't collect the images and display them. The images you see thumbnails are actually loaded locally from your server, not Flickr.
