WP Plugin: No HTTP: Author Plugin is a tiny plugin that detects if the Username in a comment contains HTTP: and if so it sets the “spam” flag on the comment for further processing by spam plugins. I’m not sure if this is neededbut, if you’re being bogged down by this kind of spam and Akismet or SK2 is not detecting it, then it’s worth giving this plugin a shot.
