This plugin is faulty. It needs a couple of small fixes to get it working properly, esp. with IE. As it is, it breaks the widget editing capability in the dashboard.
Have mentioned the fixes to the author.

Minor correction for the reviewer: modification of theme code is optional (if your theme uses wp_title() tag as most do).
