WP Plugin: Fancy Pullquotes Generate magazine like quotes of certain portions of a post using this plugin. You will need to edit the PHP file to change the way the quotes look on your page. Plugin could be nicer if it had a simple admin interface.

There’s another plugin located here, which does the same trick - but instead of editing the php-File, you just add some stylesheet definitions to your theme. Way more easy than this one.
