For example, one designer whose themes have been mentioned here is ranked as high as #4 with more than 15 000 incoming links. Another one is #15, and yet another one has just made it to the top-30. Try to search for your favorite theme designers URL and you will see what I mean. However, theme designers are automatically (and of course correctly) excluded from the "Top 100 blogs" list since they get a lot of "automatic" credit links, so they miss a lot of recognition. Why try to attract the bloggers on the "Top 100 blogs" list, when there is just as much value in getting a link from an established WordPress theme designer? I'd love to see a list of the highest ranked theme designers on Technorati, as they are the unknown authority on the blogscene.
