I unfortunately had a spelling mistake in the name of the plugin. I've since posted an &lt;a href="http://www.lattimore.id.au/2006/04/27/wordpress-plugin-hicksdesign-style-archives/" rel="nofollow"&gt;updated version&lt;/a&gt; - so just download that and all should sort itself out.

So you're aware, the documentation said you should call it using &lt;code&gt;arl_hicksdesign_archives()&lt;/code&gt; - however when I named the plugin, I missed the &lt;strong&gt;s&lt;/strong&gt; in &lt;em&gt;hicksdesign&lt;/em&gt;.

<p>So you&#8217;re aware, the documentation said you should call it using <code>arl_hicksdesign_archives()</code> - however when I named the plugin, I missed the <strong>s</strong> in <em>hicksdesign</em>.</p>
