Blog admins already have access to the email addresses of their registered users. So far they had to manually extract the emails, one by one, and paste them in an email program.
This plugin simply allows them to stay in touch with them very easily. All they have to do is type in the email.
Can you please explain how you see the possibility of this being abused? Perhaps the plugin can be improved to reduce this risk.
I agree that there is no obvious possibility of this plugin being abused. It makes life a lot easier for blog admins and helps authors stay informed. If an author truly believed that he was being molested by receiving emails, he can just login and change his email address or he marks the email as spam to prevent future delivery….
An avid fan of business, education, technology and finance. I lead a lean, highly focussed and capable team of Java Back End developers and Front End developers through a maze of complex software wizardry to fulfill the web maintenance needs of a large chemical manufacturer. As per Myers-Briggs Personality Types, I am an ESTJ. I pride in a project completed on time and according to plan. My hobbies include all kinds of technology, anything that I can taste and anything that goes fast or flies in the air. I like to read business books and comics in my spare time.
