Ugly Sites Earn More With Google AdSense? The name of the article caught my attention and sure enough they were talking about Plenty of Fish. That “ugly” dating website has gotten more attention lately (and consequently made more money) for being ugly than for being a dating site.

  5. An ugly free dating website will earn more from adsense, then say, a beautiful technical website. I feel this intuitively. But would a dating site called “lots of fish”, which was free and beautiful, earn more than plenty of fish, or would they canablelize each other’s traffic and revenue?

If ugly sites earn more, show me a fair comparison!
