		<description>I would not go that far. :-P GIMP for Windows (well, &lt;a href="http://gimp-win.sourceforge.net" rel="nofollow"&gt;the Windows installers for GIMP and its associated packages&lt;/a&gt;) is quite good.

However, Paint.NET looks good; it seems to be MDI, which GIMP desperately needs to be IMHO.</description>
