I live in Los Angeles and the prices were right on. In fact, a neighbor recently listed their home on Feb. 16 for $759K and we thought "no way" b/c it was in such bad shape. Never knew about zillow until this past Monday. The zillow site was right on AND my neighbor's house sold in 4 days. The rest of the homes in our neighborhood are also correct. The house down the street, currently for sale at $220K, is listed at $1.6 million. Also, I can't believe we let our last house go for $175K, apparently it's worth $2 million.
