That's the point of the findings: Regardless of the content, a site's appearance creates an instant impression that then influences the subsequent experience. So reading feeds avoids this, at least until/unless you click through to the site itself. But c'mon -- we all know nobody reads content thru RSS. ;) No, it doesn’t apply to the content itself, just the aesthetic impression a site’s layout/apperance elicits.
