   I figured out that it may be the easiest to not migrate the database but just to move the files out of the way of wordpress and use .htaccess to keep the urls:

     Although your way works it seems kind of complex for my tiny brain. I’m still looking for a way to make nucleus go away entirely short of manually doing it. Ugh.
