Movalog: Quicktags for Comments: This is for a Movable Type blog, but if you can get around code, you could easily make it work on any blog tool, including Wordpress. I vote that the default Wordpress install allow quicktags in comment forms as well. Anyone up to rewriting this as a Wordpress hack/plugin?
