		<description>Assuming your site's title means that the site is about weblog tools in general, then there is (at least :) one blog engine that is missing from your reviews. That is:

b2evolution ( http://b2evolution.net )

Keeping on-topic - b2evolution (as a name says) is a strong evolution of b2/cafelog and it has multi-blog feature enabled by default. With fine-grained control of permissions per blog/user/operation.

You could find similarities between b2evo and WordPress as they share the same roots. Yet I feel you should take it into account as it has interesting features that wordpress does not. And the other way round as well, I assume.

Other features: i18n, Unicode UTF-8 support, skins, antispam, ...
